Emma is watching Pheneas and Ferb and seeing the pets go down to a secret den underground for their spy assignments, Emma said "where's Tara?" Ok, so you see where she is going with this... I said "oh she may be off sleeping" Emma called her and I said "remember, she is deaf and can't hear" Emma said "or maybe she is in the cave" I said "well, maybe, perhaps she isn't really deaf but making us think she is so she can go report everything we say" Emma's eyes grew big and she said "I am going to go see" She walked over to the stairs and said "Nope, we were wrong, she is here sleeping" lol Such a funny kid!

Emma went home, tears and all. My poor little girl wasn't happy when she left. It started with her wanting to play with the doll house and as we were just getting ready to play; her mom drove by so I said we couldn't play it. Her mom took sympathy on her and told her she could play while she went to get gas. She also sat here for a while to give us extra time to play but when she got back, Emma was mad, first for having to put the doll house away and then for grandma telling all her fun times this weekend. I was not the favorite grandma with that :-( I hope she isn't getting sick because that behavior is so unusual for her.She did give me some Emmaisims though. This morning in Sunday school we were gluing cotton balls on the clouds on her Noah ark picture. She picked up a cotton ball and hugged it to her cheek saying "this is a bunny egg". She cuddled that cotton ball all day, having her bunny mothering it. When she had the puss and boots cat be the doctor taking care of the bunny I said "cats eat bunnies, she is so scared" Emma, trying to calm the bunny explained "It will be ok, when I was a baby bunny, the cat was my doctor and he didn't eat me. See I grew up into a big human!" Emma's big thing is saying "Is it just me or...." Today on the way to church she said "Grandma is it just me or does that house look yellow?" lol Is it just me or does Emma Tickle this grandma?

Gabe on Good luck Charlie said something about middle children being losers. I said "I am a middle child" She teased "you are a loser" I said "Aunt Cassie is a middle child" She said "Cassie is a loser too" I said "Oh I'm gonna tell Aunt Cassie you called her a loser!" She panicked and Cassie said she wasn't going to give her any more sugar now, Emma pouted which made Cassie say she would always give her sugar and spoil her forever!Emma went to grandpa and laid across his lap saying "I didn't get any birthday spanking, you owe me 5" Grandpa gave her some "spankings" and a pinch to grow an inch. She then went to Cassie to get Birthday spankings from her. Even with it being play, Cassie was having a hard time giving her spankings and wouldn't pinch her to grow an inch, instead she said she was going to give her lots of hugs to keep her from growing an inch. Emma wasn't too sure when she got so much and was told she wouldn't grow now, so she went back to grandpa and told him to give her lots of pinches to grow inches. Lol

Emma is worried that with Tomorrow being St Patrick's day, she doesn't have her shirt her mom bought for her. Brianna didn't pack it. Emma asked Cassie if she would go to Wal-Mart tomorrow when she is in Gillette and pick her up one but Cassie wouldn't get it home in time. She turned to me and said "I got an idea, Can you make me one?" I said I would see what I had for designs. I found a cute one but no green shirts, not even a white one. I found a long sleeve blue one that I will put it on..lol Now to decide to do it tonight or get up and do it before Emma is awake in the morning. I am voting for morning

Emmaisims already. Emma is making calls on my cell phone. I have taught her the speed dialing. She called her mom #4, then Cassie #2 and now calling the home phone for Grandpa #3. At this she said "You know what is weird? You know how you and Cassie are mother and daughter? It is weird that your phone numbers are so close together!"

The girls are having fun in the bathtub. They spent the evening riding bikes, playing batgirl and getting along really well. We went out to the grave and cleaned it up a bit. Emma took time to have a private conversation with her daddy and the girls decorated up the cement wall with hearts and their names with chalk. I asked Emma if she wanted a picture and she said "no, I get sad enough without getting a picture"

Watching me, Emma asked what I was doing. I answered "I'm trying to get rid of some of the peach fuzz I get on my face" She asked how I got peach fuzz on my face so I explained that as we get older, hair grows in weird places. She said "Or maybe you just eat too many peaches" Then in that true smart a** way that is so much like her daddy she suggested "Maybe you should try it on your legs!"

Been trying to remember all the Emmaisims from this past weekend. Sometimes I think I should carry a digital voice recorder around with me to record all the things the grandkids say. I did remember a couple though....Kevin was telling her that the peppers she and Cassie planted didn't come up so he had to plant some more. Emma looked at him accusingly and said "Well, you just aren't talking sweet enough to them!"She had her little sewing machine out and it wasn't working. She told me we needed to throw that one away and get her a good one so she can make a little purse for me. She then explained "I have to make you a little purse because I don't know how to make a big one"I was teasing her about having a boyfriend. She said she didn't so I told her that I heard Keifer said she was his girlfriend. She said "oh now I am so embarrassed!" I said "why are you embarrassed, he just has a little crush on you, just like you do Jeremy" She thought about it a minute and yelled "YESSS!!! I'm getting MARRIED!!"

Cassie has Emma today and she won 250 tickets on her first quarter in this truck at Mac & Roonies. I think perhaps she needs to pick me out some lotto tickets! Emma tells Cassie "I'll warn you right now, I probably won't be ready to leave when it is time" lmao She always tells me Mac & Roonies is her favorite place.

I was in the kitchen putting dinner stuff away when Emma who was playing with my cell phone, taking pictures, came up behind me and said "Hahaha.. This one HAS to go on facebook!" I asked her what one, thinking she took a self portrait in a silly way, not prepared for her answer... "I took a picture of your butt! It HAS to go on facebook" Glad she doesn't know how to forward pictures on my phone like she does Cassie's!

Going to Rapid this morning, my mom took the Deadwood Ave exit instead of the Mall exit and she said "Oh, why did I do that, this isn't the one I wanted." I told her that I thought she was going to the Graffiti’s Car Wash like she does once in a while. She said "No, I washed the car a couple days ago so I will wait a couple weeks before washing it again" Emma, in her always helpful way offered "well, we could always throw mud at it for you, so you don't have to wait" lol

Emmaisims are coming pretty good tonight.
Grandpa Kevin came in and said he wished he would have thought about having people call him for ammo to come to the house and I could sell it for him. I told him to put a sign out on the door saying "if you need ammo, come to the house" and told him to add a sign that says "Please don't park behind the wife's car, we really don't want her to have to take the broom" Kevin laughed and went back out to the shop and Emma turned to me and very seriously asked "Have you ever done that?" I said "yes, I have to fly on the broom once in a while" She laughed and said "ohh grandma"

Laying in bed, cuddling is the best time for those serious talks. She informed me that there are some people who don't believe God made the world and they think the world is made of plastic. I asked her what she believed and she answered "that God made the world and it is round" I told her that some people don't believe that God made the world but there was a big explosion and that is how the world was made. Her eyes grew really big and she exclaimed "No way! That only happens in movies!!"

We talked about how some people don't know about God and Jesus and don't believe they are real, that they don't have Jesus in their hearts. I said all we could do is teach them about Jesus and then they can choose if they want to believe in him or not. She informed me that she doesn't think her dog Boo has Jesus in his heart because he bit her dog Nova on the leg! She is going to go home and tell Boo about Jesus.

We were coloring Easter eggs and I showed her that if you hold only half the egg in Yellow and then turn it over and hold the other half down in the blue, over the middle part of yellow, it will make it yellow, green and blue, a rainbow egg. She grabbed an egg and held it down in the blue and I suggested putting it in red so it will be red, purple and blue. She had her own idea though. She put the other half in Orange and said "I am making it Bronco Colors. She is her dad's child for sure!

Oh when we were reading Green Eggs and Ham, When he kept saying "I don't like green eggs and ham" Emma asked "Do you think he is a vegetarian?" lol I told her I didn't think so because he liked them when he tried them.
